Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! Learn new skills to connect people in ways that really matter. Our Customer Service Representatives are tech-savvy problem solvers who make a real difference to their customers. We support a lot of technology and you will be responsible for helping clients by providing product support and resolving technical issues in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquires and complaints
- Excellent customer focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each customer while focusing on the outcome to solve their problems efficiently with low customer effort.
- Document and update client records based on interations
- Train clients on how to utilize the product to its full potential
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Proactively share knowledge to reduce customer effort
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to build a good rapport with clients
- The ability to multi-task, working proficiently while conversing on the phone, searching information, reading, typing, and quickly picking up new technology.
- Positive and Professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Education - High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with customers
