Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! Learn new skills to connect people in ways that really matter. Our Customer Service Representatives are tech-savvy problem solvers who make a real difference to their customers. We support a lot of technology and you will be responsible for helping clients by providing product support and resolving technical issues in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquires and complaints
  • Excellent customer focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each customer while focusing on the outcome to solve their problems efficiently with low customer effort.
  • Document and update client records based on interations
  • Train clients on how to utilize the product to its full potential
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Proactively share knowledge to reduce customer effort

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Ability to build a good rapport with clients
  • The ability to multi-task, working proficiently while conversing on the phone, searching information, reading, typing, and quickly picking up new technology.
  • Positive and Professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
  • Education - High School diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with customers
